Legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to romexpress-reform.com and general use of information published by ROMEXPRESS REFORM S.L. Specific renovation work is subject to separate agreements.
Agreement
By accessing or using romexpress-reform.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the site. We may revise these terms when our services or legal obligations change; the version published on this page governs your continued use where permitted by law. These terms apply to website use; separate written agreements govern paid renovation work.
About us
This website is operated by ROMEXPRESS REFORM S.L., C/ Luis Missión, 26, Planta 0, 28039 Madrid (Madrid), Spain. General contact: romexpressreform@gmail.com.
Eligibility
The site is intended for users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, typically adults acting for themselves or with authority on behalf of a household, landlord, or business. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Website purpose
The site presents general information about interior renovation, repair, and finishing services offered in Spain. Photographs, descriptions, and examples illustrate the type of work we perform; they are not a guarantee that identical materials, timings, or outcomes will apply to your property. Nothing on the site constitutes professional structural advice unless explicitly provided under a separate engagement.
Enquiries, quotes, and contracts
Information submitted through email or other channels does not automatically create a contract. We may ask for further details, photos, or a visit before quoting. Any budget figure, timeline, or scope description shared online, by email, or in conversation is indicative until confirmed in a written quote or contract accepted by both parties.
Project terms — including price, payment schedule, access hours, materials, exclusions, and warranty — are set out in project-specific documentation. In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails for that work.
Scope of renovation services
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, our focus is interior renewal within existing buildings: preparation of surfaces, finishes, fittings, and related repair. We do not undertake ground-up construction, major structural alterations, or licensed engineering work outside our stated competence. If hidden conditions (for example moisture, unstable substrates, or non-compliant prior work) are discovered on site, we will discuss revised scope and pricing before proceeding where possible.
Site access and client responsibilities
For visits and active projects, you agree to provide safe, timely access to agreed areas, utilities where needed, and accurate information about occupants, pets, alarms, and hazards. You are responsible for securing valuables and clearing fragile items from work zones unless otherwise agreed. Delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information may affect scheduling and cost.
Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to:
- Use the site in violation of applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach authentication or security measures.
- Introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users’ access.
- Harvest or scrape content at scale, or republish substantial portions for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Impersonate ROMEXPRESS REFORM S.L., our staff, or other persons, or submit fraudulent enquiries.
- Use contact channels to send unsolicited advertising or abusive material.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, we own or license the website’s text, design, logos, graphics, and photographs. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and download pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Trademarks and trade names remain our property or that of respective owners.
If you send us project photos or feedback, you grant us a licence to use that material solely for assessing your enquiry, performing work, and maintaining project records, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Third-party links and tools
The site may reference external websites, maps, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of website warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding site content. Information may be updated without notice. Reliance on any material on this site is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Spanish law, ROMEXPRESS REFORM S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or inability to access it, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for claims connected solely to website use shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Liability for on-site renovation work is governed by the applicable project contract and mandatory consumer and construction rules, not by this website disclaimer.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROMEXPRESS REFORM S.L. against reasonable claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct or negligence.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in providing website access or responding to enquiries where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including widespread network outages, natural events, labour disputes, or government actions.
Privacy and cookies
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, including how we handle enquiries, project information, and cookie choices. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy where applicable.
Language
These Terms of Use are written in English for clarity on this website. If translated, the English version on romexpress-reform.com prevails to the extent permitted by law in case of inconsistency.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Spain. For disputes relating exclusively to use of this website, the courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings in their place of residence under applicable EU or Spanish consumer law.
